Delete from the app
- Open Uktodo and sign in with the Google account linked to your Uktodo account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- Review the warning, enter the requested confirmation text, and confirm deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It deletes your Uktodo account; signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
Can’t access the app?
Email adminuktodo@gmail.com from the Google email address linked to your Uktodo account. Use the subject “Uktodo account deletion request”. If you cannot send from that address, include the account email and we will contact you to verify ownership. Do not send your password or verification codes.
We process verified email requests within 30 calendar days. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that you own the account.
What is deleted?
When deletion is completed, Uktodo removes the account and app data associated with it from its active database, including your Google-linked Uktodo profile, tasks and task details (such as notes, steps, dates and reminders), lists, tags, completion and notification history, saved views or templates, preferences, notification and widget configuration, and Uktodo-side subscription entitlement and purchase-token associations.
Uktodo does not retain an additional copy of this app content after deletion. Minimal administrative audit metadata may remain without an account link where required to protect the service.
What is not deleted by Uktodo?
- Google Play purchase receipts and billing records are managed by Google and remain subject to Google’s retention practices.
- Deleting your Uktodo account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Offline copies already stored on your devices are not remotely erased. Clear Uktodo’s app data or uninstall the app from each device to remove local copies.
