Delete data in the app
To delete a task without deleting your account, delete it from its task menu. If Trash is enabled, it remains recoverable for the retention period you selected; you can permanently delete it sooner from Settings → Trash. Disabling Trash permanently deletes newly deleted tasks after the undo window. You may also remove lists, tags, saved views, and templates from their relevant app screens.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or want help identifying data, email adminuktodo@gmail.com from the Google email address linked to your Uktodo account. State which data you want deleted and confirm that you want to keep your Uktodo account active. Do not send your password or verification codes. If you cannot send from the linked address, include the account email; we will contact you to verify ownership.
We process verified requests within 30 calendar days. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request and identify the data.
Data covered by this request
You may request deletion of selected task content and related information, such as task titles, notes, steps, dates, reminders, recurrence details, completion and notification history, lists, tags, saved views, templates, and preferences. Tell us which items or categories you mean. If you request deletion of all task content, your account, sign-in profile, and subscription status can remain active unless you separately request account deletion.
Deletion and retention
Once we verify and complete the request, the selected data is deleted from Uktodo’s active account database. Uktodo does not keep an additional copy of the deleted task content. A task in Trash remains stored until it is permanently deleted or its selected retention period expires. Minimal administrative audit metadata may remain without an account link where needed to protect the service.
Google Play billing records are controlled by Google and are not deleted by a Uktodo data-only request. See our account deletion page if you want to delete your account and associated Uktodo data.
